Technical and Administrative helps plays the same role as in a compagny: It organises, coordinnates, seeks open ways.
This may look off-putting, or very administrative at start, but in fact it is simply putting in common the know-how of each one, to promote their action, to speed up, and improve things.
Anyway, all decisions are taken in community with the commitee if implications are not major, with ou Administration Council otherwise.
Technique and Administrative help is thus necessary at all levels.

As for ideas, competences, resources, as for at a time, bit by bit, permanently, Polynesia and its pets are starving from eveything.
To give you a list here would be restrictive.
On the other hand don't think that once involved, you will be asked to do everything: We do our best for that anyone will be able to give what he wants, no more. The situation can only be improved, even if what you share seems few. This few, we don't want to loose it.
