Under a wet Tropical Climate, it is very difficult to set up a serious structure.
This is imposible to do without the direct or indirect support of an important part of the population.
 
We reached so deep and down because efficient solutions are not obvious,
and can't be built on sand.

We need help at all levels:

• First, there is to give strenght to Pets Protection Associations, by joining: which mainly interests our decison-makers is the number of concerned voters. To join is the first way to tell them that you want to reach out of the shameful resignation against the present situation.
   
• A way we found, in the absence of shelter, is to to be volunteer as Welcome Household, to reduce the crisis.

• To alleviate a few the failure of the main of the communes regarding emergency or sheduled interventions, we try to maintain and reinforce a net of "Pets First-Aids" that we name Field Aids.

• The whole of these works find its sense only with a good general coordination, managing technical and administrative aspects.
